Lunge 箭蹲

鍛練目標 : 大腿及臀部肌肉

1.擺出箭步姿勢,前腳作支撐,後腳作負助,平衡身體。

2.慢慢將前、後腳同時屈曲,上身隨著動作向下沉,當雙腳屈曲約90度時,

  前腳慢慢用力,直至撐起上身。

每組做15次,進行3組。雙腳交替進行。
