    我為自己的 Fit for Golfer program 影的 print ad photo.
    這個 program 已獲 Taylormade-adidas golf 支持近7年。
    今次請來我的相識十幾年好朋友攝影師"亞中"操刀,及我爸爸指導我揮桿姿勢,
    在揮桿姿勢與身體肌肉中找個平衡,我看過照片,效果唔錯,現在砌稿中。
    仲有D朋友上嚟幫手,thx all

  • 自救 - 膝關節

    上兩個星期前踢波,唔知點樣撞傷,左腳膝關節痛,第二日行得要好小心,
    痛之外,因為feel到個膝關節有D鬆,feel到自己control唔到大腿肌肉,
    大腿肌肉用唔到,所以大腿肌肉保護唔到個膝關節。

    因為撞傷後,大腿肌肉會縮短,當一組肌肉縮短時,
    就引致附近的肌肉拉得太緊,e.g 後腿,Hip, 腰骨,
    小腿等肌肉都好似扯住扯住。
    所以做D動作去叫返醒個大腿,等佢包返住個膝關節,
    再做少少Hip,後腿同下背,等D肌肉有返彈性,等佢
    唔好扯住扯住。做D伸展(拉筋),重有休息。

    不用擔心,因為已經好返。

    如果你膝關節都有些唔順,或之前受過傷,都練吓la.

    注意以下動作的幅度因人而宜,不可免強進行。

    Lower Back and Leg Sterch 腰部及大腿伸展
    伸展目標 :下背及大腿肌肉

    蹲下,雙手抱膝,身體的重心放在腳跟位置,
    直至下背及大腿的肌肉有拉緊的感覺。維持約15秒。


    Supine Hip Extension 仰臥挺腰
    鍛練目標 : 臀部肌肉

    1.躺在健身墊上,雙手放在身體兩側,雙腳屈曲踏在地上,大腿與大腿緊貼。
    2.呼氣,將臀部慢慢向上升起,直至臀部肌肉有收緊的感覺,
     稍作停留,臀部再下降到開始時位置。
     每組做15次,進行3組。
      *過程中,上背必須緊貼軟墊,令頸部得到承托。


    Supine Leg Extension 仰臥大腿前伸
    鍛練目標 : 大腿前面肌肉

    1.躺在健身墊上,雙手放在身體兩側,雙腳屈曲成90度。
    2.呼氣,將腳慢慢向上伸,直到大腳與腳尖差不多成一直線,
    稍作停頓雙腳返回開始時位置。
      每組做20次,進行3組。


    Lying Leg Curl 俯臥彎腿
    鍛練目標 : 後腿肌肉

    1.俯臥在健身墊上。
    2.呼氣,雙腳慢慢向後屈曲,直至大腿屈曲成直角。
      稍作停頓再返回開始時位置。
      每組做20次,進行3組。
