DAN BING, KAO YA FAN, JIAO ZI

Today was all about work, meetings, editing, meetings and HEAT! Shanghai is currently above the 30's every day... so extremely hot! What stands out today though is my selection of meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!

Breakfast - DAN BING

Basically an egg pancake with 2 eggs, corriander, pickled cabbage, soya crisp bread, chilli paste and sweet soy paste, freshly made and all for 2.5 RMB!!!! CRAZY!

Lunch - ROAST DUCK ON RICE

Next door to our office is a famously hidden Hong Kong style restaurant! They do the BEST ROAST DUCK on RICE for just 18RMB!

Dinner - JIAO ZI

Nice home cooked Jiao zi! With Soy sauce, followed by a pack of Spicey Doritos and then a nice cold Strawberry Cornetto! TASTY!
