3 DAY UPDATE

DAY 1 - Weighing at 72 KG - Started my 21 day HIGH CARDIO EXTREME ROUTINE (H.C.E.R)!!!! WEIGHT GOAL = 69 KG!!!DAY 2 - Weighing in at the same 72 KG - Just decided to add 888 PUSH-UPS daily for 21 days!!!! Just completed 88 of them.... 800 to go!DAY 3 - Weighing in at 72.3 KG - Just did 88 PUSH-UPS. 800 to go! Had my special E.W.F.M drink (Egg white + Flax seed + Milk) but this time used a combination of Brown Rice Milk & soya! We're in Pre-production of shooting Orlando Delfino's Fitness DVD! So busy busy busy!
