China’s import quotas poised for increase

China is expected to loosen its quotas on the import of foreign films, but it may not change the duopoly control of theatrical distribution.

This is very rare clip has been beautifully restored by the hardworking restorative team at BFI and a little birdy who works there slipped this over to me- very special screening!!
