In Texas, a 16 years old teenager girl killed her family (her mother, two young brothers are dead now and father is seriously injured) because her family made her break-up with her boyfriend!!!! she went back to home with her boyfriend (19) and two other friends to kill her family with gun and set fire to burn the house. that's totally terrible - wanna say something but dont know what to say.....

i always dont like waiting in any government office, especially, the US government (actually, hong kong government service centre provides the best service in the world, they are fast and efficient). they are slow, rude and really really slow. usually, those security guards just sit there and "black face" to people with their authority.
