4 commentsAs you know I'm working on getting myself to a point where Body, Spirit and Mind are at a HEALTHY place. . . This incorporates, Meditation, Yoga and Regular gym visits with my Personal Trainer. As well as real healthy eating plan . . . most of all it has pushed me into a place where admitting faults and forgiving myself has been the toughest. . . Awareness is the stage that I'm in now and I am loving every moment of it! It sounds weird but I'm enjoying the journey and the place it takes me too. . .They say your home if messy and unorganized with dirt everywhere reflects how you see yourself . . . the last year my home was a messy station where I'd Lift and Stuff under to clean. . . Since I'm in the awareness stage I've managed to CLEAN it all up! Let go and reorganize! Also renovating our garden terrace and scrubbing the floors DETERMINED to make it all at a clear energy flowing. So how do I see myself . . . That I still cant answer - I've only reached the AWARENESS stage . . . However I can Illustrate it for you with my old Nikon camera I found whilst cleaning . . . Let me know your thoughts . . .
