Well, how interesting, 3 pics have 2 votes each. After Ohm and Butter weigh in, since both have seen me in person, we will see how the tally stands. I am very proud of the job my hubby did. He takes direction very well. It was fun doing this with him. The light was good and I was relaxed (I mean, he has most definitely seen me at my worst, like every day). I love digital--so many opportunities to ditch the Frankenstein pics--right after I take them when I review them, when I upload them to I-Photo, when I download them to AnD and when I upload them to my blog.

Marie, Rather than pick a shot, i thought i'd share a bit how I prepare actors when they are doing a photo shoot. Now their shots are for commercials, film, television roles. And you have accomplished some of these things. They are just suggestions depending on what you want the photo for. I personally always prefer a shot where you look into the camera. And of course when you shoot the photo and you look into the camera pretend you are looking at someone you are happy to see. Someone you love, who makes you happy. I do believe the old age that the eyes are the windows to your soul. So for me I feel I can "see" you best when you are looking into the camera and you have some good shots doing that. Marie, you have a beautiful face, smile and if you decided to do another set of shots I would suggest using a couple of lights to highlight your face and hair. Try it with a couple of diffferent backdrops (try some with a dark background like a dark curtain or wall) The lighter wall may be better but it's good to try both. You already have a great look so these are just things technically to inhance that beauty. Actors actually come to me and in our session we "prepare" for a photo shoot We prep depending on what they want the shot for or what they want the shot to "say". I do think you can use a couple of these shots. These ideas are suggestions if you want to play with some other choices. I can't wait to see what you decide. And girl you look lovely. i like this one also.. the lack of focus gives it more personality..i think..and nice smile.. p.s i find this comment box pain in the ass. i cliked, and nothing happened. and i realized that i wrote in the wrong box...u will see what i mean when read it.. :-)

but personally, i like this one the best...it has a determination look..like lookingout and want to conquer the world.. i always am into this sort of tense, meaningful feelings.. i dont know..oh yes, this comment with this picture is the correct one.. so ignore the previous comment on this pic.. :-)

ok, i need to finish what i wrote...the comments do not fit with the images i picked. somehow, it all screwed up.. ok, so my favorite one is the one you loloking out, no smile, just sort of determined to conquer the world... two other favorite ones are the one you smile, soft focus..u know which one am talking about right? and the last one is the stright shot smiling, giving a more welcoming look, warm, and friendly... i dont know why when i clicked the image, it went to the wrong pic and wrong box.. hmmm
