This one goes out to the nation..

So looks like the time has come to dust off the pyrotechnics and the guitars.

We are going to be playing somewhere in San Francisco soon, rock and roll. Our last show was awesome but was before I went to Beijing. I was wondering how long it would take before we got the itch to perform. We all hand a good time on the 4th and it was born again.

What is it going to be? Punk rock - gritty and awesome. I'll post more as an event once we book the spot and get the date.

On another note, the Lily Lau Kung Fu tournament is on August 11th. I'm competing again although the rules aren't sanda - more like continual point fighting but it will be fun regardless unless I get DQ'd! I do ok at continual fighting but the light or no face contact is a big hindrance since we train full power and I am 6'5" so the belly is a long way away.
