good question. I think just being too busy to eat is a good one. solves both the diet and the exercise problem. ;-)

hehehe. but i love food.. i can't be too busy to eat!! ...although i do forget about having lunch sometimes. :P once i stop exercising etchy, the monstrous belly comes to visit!
