    Hi everyone, thanks again for being so supportive, it always means so much. Today I have some exciting news. Recently Adidas Shanghai launched a new project that has been in the works for several years. I began the concept in humble roots, but fortunately found Adidas as a partner and supporter. Over the next few weeks I will upload some of the philosophies, stories, and multi-media content to shed more light.

    从来没有像这样感觉和李连杰大哥的距离如此之近，好开心啊。我很爱运动，但是同学都说我太瘦了，劝我少运动，多吃点。看到大哥（希望原谅我这不懂事的称呼）为了让我们注意身体健康而那么的辛苦，我决定要坚持自己的。在这谢谢大哥了。

    Goodmorning jet from Canada!
    I have been away for almost a year....I have traveled my own path in the art,after training kung fu for 22 years my life could never be more blessed ,it is the reason I exist! I know kung fu is the root of all the arts! most recently I have started training Hap ki do under Grand master Ki C Yoon ( what an incredible man!) I have seen so many of the shaolin Lo han motions in this art! I am working on the motions to applications to defense asgainst the sword. It is quiet funny ..sometimes master Ki will show me a technique and I will add a motion to that and he says to me Who showed you that and I tell him that it came from my thoughts ...then he would smile at me :) he calls me his little white tiger! Jet when I watch you do your forms I understand what they are ansd my heart explodes with love for the art ,If I die tommorrow I will have had more insight to this art then most and thats all I really care about!

    终于可以看到内容而不仅仅是标题了，似乎中文的更新内容的显示，总是比更新的时间慢上几拍。。。。
       关于上海阿迪达斯的那个消息我多少知道一些：是2009年夏季推出的健身理念“心体谐一”，并由阿迪达斯发布由李先生参与开发的男子训练系列产品和身心训练课程，6月，作为第一季产品的“玄水篇”将率先上市（大致上是这样，具体怎样不详，等着看李先生的具体介绍吧:)
        心体谐一，很有道家的味道，蛮象您的风格，不过，我不太理解为什么人们在健身房里还会表情痛苦，在我印象中，一般花钱健身应该都是自愿的吧。。。。我记得小的时候逃课，偷偷跑到少年宫去，和体操班的姐姐们一起练功，虽说很累很痛，但是运动过后，汗流浃背的感觉还是很痛快很舒服的。。。。所以我想我不太理解他们不愉快的原因哦。。。。
