飛躍道 Parkour認知工作坊 2009年8月 The HKPA is holding the latest Parkour Introductory Workshop to promote the development in the disicpline of parkour, sharing the correct understanding and a healthy thinking in parkour. We welcome all that is aged 17 or above. The workshop would include a series of briefing on Parkour/ADD, including its theories, ideas and basic skills, lead by HKPA coaches. The details are as follows:

飛躍道為推廣Parkour 運動之發展， 將正確和健康的Parkour 思想和認知推廣, 定於2009年8月2日舉辦新一期的Parkour認知工作坊 ， 歡迎17歲或以上，對Parkour/ADD有興趣之人仕報名參加，當日會由飛躍道導師帶領，進行一系列的Parkour/ADD之介紹, 包括理論、思想、基本技巧等。 詳細資料如下:Date: 2 August, 09

日期: 09年8月2日Venue: Oi Man Estate Community Hall, Oi Man Estate

地點: 愛民村社區會堂、愛民村Time: 14:00 - 18:00

時間: 下午2時至六時Fee: HKD 80-

收費: 港幣 80元Quota: 15 people

名額: 15人Requirement: All that is aged 17 or above, interested in Parkour/ADD.

參加資格: 年滿17歲而對Parkour/ADD有興趣者，男女不拘Purpose: To introduce the correct parkour understanding and attitude in parkour, and also the basic skills and training

目的/內容:  向對Parkour/ADD有興趣人仕介紹正確Parkour 的認知和態度，並有基本技巧介紹和訓練。To Join: Please mail your information to King's Road Post Office PO Box no. 34983 with the title “Applying for Introductory Workshop, August 2009". Successful applicants would be confirmed by email. Application is processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the number of applicants exceeds 15, we would consider unsuccessful applicants first at the next introductory workshop.
