Clarify for Big drops

**Our member Kazuya have write a analyze to tell what's big drop in Parkour, this is for clarify what's big drop in parkour and respond to a  news on yesterday,  a student said he's a free runner and fall from 6 meter and get hurt.

我們的隊員Kazuya寫了一篇有關對Parkour中的高像躍下的簡介, 這是對一般人對Parkkour中高處躍下誤解的澄清, 同時都是對昨天一單新聞, 有一名自稱練習 Free Running 的學生由6米高墜下受傷的回應。*Big drops?Most of people think that traucer can drop down from a height, actually, drops is not our main obstacle, also, drop is very dangerous, it will get hurt of your whole body, lumbar spine, hip bone, the muscle tear of shin……fitness and conditioning is very important, the training of parkour is mainly emphasize the safety, safety precaution will focus of our whole training.1.  Don't do big drop on frist 2 years , 0.8m-1.2 is maxium, remember that, pro parkour is against competition.2.  Emphasize the conditioning and fitness of traucer, we will take a half on our training time to train up our body, when your body is prepared, skill will appear.3.  We will not teach the vaulting on frist year4.  Our training will focus on basic movement, that is jumping, landing, balance and rolling.David belle drops from 6 meters high at Manpower Gap on Lisses, but he train this movement and conditioning more than 6 years, pls respect the audience, parkour and yourself.*Parkour4life

Kazuya from HKPA******  **高處躍下?大部份人會認為Parkour練習者可以由很高跳下來, 事實上, 高處躍下不是我們主要的障礙和面對的問題, 同時, 高處躍下是十分危險, 這會令整個身體受傷, 腰椎, 脊椎, 盤骨, 小腿肌肉撕裂等……體能訓練是極為重要, 對parkour來說, 最強調的是安全, 安全的措施和思維會是訓練的重點。訓練建議:1.於訓練的頭2年不要由高處躍下, 0.8米到1.2米是最大的限度, 請切記, 真正的Parkour 是反對競賽。2.Parkour 玩家是強調體能訓練, 我們會用一半的練習時間來訓練我們的身軀, 當你身體預備好, 技術自然會出現。3.我們於首年不會教授跨越性的動作。4.我們的練習會重點於基本動作, 是跳躍, 落地, 平衡和翻滾大衛貝爾(David Belle)於法國里斯由六米高跳過著名的”[i]Manpower Gap”, 不過他已經訓練了他的身體和技巧超過六年, 請尊重其他的Parkour 愛好者,Parkour 和你自己。Parkour4life
