Finally; my first showreel

After nine months of research, selection, editing and education in Final Cut, my first showreel is finally ready. I hope you enjoy it.

Note. It's entirely in Cantonese except for two scenes in English, and one scene in Mandarin.

Hey nice showreel!!! The resolution quality is great! Definately not YouTube, after seeing yours need to improve resolution on my showreel. Pls advise???

GTOX, most of the clips in my showreel come from DVD. the clips were then edited in Final Cut, and the final project exported in H.264 640x480 format. I have a 'Pro' account with SmugMug.com. once the file was uploaded to SmugMug, their server converted it and wrapped it in swf. they're very careful about the quality of their services. that's one of the reasons the video looks so good :-) in Final Cut, one of the biggest challenges was understanding how pixel aspect ratios from various formats (PAL and NTSC) are combined and exported (SQUARE). cheers, Gregory
