Hair

About a month ago,i decided to get my hair coloured silver.

My colourist had to bleach my black hair first, in order to lighten it sufficiently for my desired colour to show.

After 2 rounds of bleaching, it still wasn't lightened enough so i had to settle for a ashy kinda grey instead.

i kinda liked it actually but within 2 weeks faded gradually so yesterday, i went back for a touch-up.

i requested for the roots to remain unbleached to avoid further damage to my scalp

After 1 round of bleaching, it did get significantly lighter

but just to be sure, i opted for a 2nd round of bleaching. again, left the roots alone

a tad lighter now than before but my hair's texture had gotten kinda 'cottony'

after the coloring was done, i had to rush off  (didn't account for the 2nd round of bleaching).

so this is it

not silver...but close enough i guess.

maybe next month, i'll try again ;)
