leavin, on a jet plane

Gotta pack.... heading out to LA.  Man, i havent been there in a long time.  I couldnt sit still today and tanya said it is because im heading out.

I didnt get my new mac book sorted before so i am going computerless, and phoneless too!  It's an experiment.  Yeah, i will be hooking up with old film school buddies, yeah i'm gonna pitch BoBi, (my first feature film currently in development) and yeah yeah yeah i'm gonna use the trip to promote Focus on Film.  But most of all i've promised myself (and all the others i have been driving crazy) that i would just sit still and do nothing for most of the time.

So that's what i am doing

I think that is what is wrong with most of the lives of the people around me.... we all dont seem to have enough time to sit and think.... .At the schools i teach at i preach  "space and time"  and then i dont give it to myself.

So i'm about to.  A gift for the holiday season. 

I hope who ever you are who is reading this that you give it to yourself too!
