Bike me

In the small spaces in HK, it's hard to have room for much.  Recently I have been running out of room in my closet for all the clothes I got in Tokyo.  I even had a hard time looking for storage for my skateboard.  So getting a bike is pretty much out of the question.  I still have my Gary Fisher in storage in the States, and there's no way I can ship it over here.  I think my storage unit is actually bigger than my living room here.

Anyways, I found this contortionist bike that is ultra compact when folded.  Plus, this thing has a great design and it even uses an internal hydraulic system.  I still don't know what internal hydraulic system is and how it works, but there's no chains to clean and maintain.  I hope to see this out in the market soon.  I read it's about $700 US.  Not bad.  Even the way it folds away is cool.

Whoa I want one too!!! I also got a Gary Fisher Mountainbike plus a Trek Racing bike. At one time I got 5 bikes, way too much but each has it own purpose, beach bike for racing beach contest on sand and special don't rust from the seawater, normal mountainbike but build for high speed, mountainbike for fast cornering and forest riding. Racing cycle for track racing and an old rusty bike to ride to the trainstation.

internal hydraulic - implies that there is some oil (hydrailic fluid) inside the tubes of the frame that are being used to transfer power from the pedals to the back wheel. instead of pulling the gears with a chain, there's high pressure oil pushing on a turbine or rotary pump
