Noted that all but the first shot show either the model taking a picture, or someone taking a picture of her. This sets up a very self-conscious series. Perhaps a little too self-conscious. There is something a little hokey about a model wearing such expensive couture clothing wandering the streets of a city taking snaps of people going about the business of their jobs and living. The banality of the concept is juxtaposed against the studied superficiality of the actual photos. I think the photographer could have pushed the juxtaposition a little harder and made for something more interesting in the end.
As always, just my personal highly opinionated opinion. Nothing is carved in stone and I hope everyone has a response to these photographs and thinks a little bit more about what they are seeing and how it makes them think/feel/believe/react.
