Tickets Now on Sale for the First Ocean Film Festival in Asia – the Hong Kong - San Francisco Ocean Film Festival

Admin Bear wants to make sure everyone knows about the exciting film festival at the upcoming Ocean Film Festival in Asia – the Hong Kong - San Francisco Ocean Film Festival, hosted by our friends at Ocean Recovery Alliance!  It runs from the 9th of March to the 22nd:

Ocean Recovery Alliance is bringing the inaugural Festival to Hong Kong, with a simultaneous launch on both sides of the Pacific Ocean. Hong Kong will kick off the event at 9AM on March 9th, with a unique breakfast film showing, seating 60 people at Oolaa restaurant, while San Francisco launches with an evening event on March 8. The opening night film showing will be held at 8PM at Hong Kong University, featuring comments on the health of our ocean by HKU’s own Dr. Yvonne Sadovy who is a world famous specialist on reef fish.

A special free event,“Tomorrow’s Ocean,” held at the Fringe Club to raise awareness about the ocean follows from 4-6pm the next day, March 10th, with a number of ocean experts who will contribute to a lively and engaging discussion about our waters, followed by a paid 7:30PM film showing.
