Looking to rent a room in alhambra/pasadena?

Can you guys help me spread the word? Looking for a roomie.

I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Shower is adjacent to the room, but not connected. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and a closet. Covered parking is available.

All the rooms in the house are wonderfully lit in the day, so it always feels bright and cheery inside. The entire house has been upgraded with new washer and dryer, sinks, shower heads, fiber optic high speed internet / tv, kitchen appliances, and a flat screen lcd tv. Additionally the walls were recently painted and new carpet was put in.

Located by Main and Atlantic near the Edwards movie theater. Minutes away from PCC Pasadena City College, Cal Tech, The Art Center, Beauty School, CSULA Cal State LA, USC University of Southern California, Usc Medical, Alhambra Hospital / Medical, Downtown LA, and it is close to nice restaurants, bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, and many other convenient locations.

One months rent will be required as a security deposit.
