exactly, thats why i usually dont like to donate to these agencies/associations. id prefer to spend my time doing hands on over donating $100 and only $5 of those dollars going into the hands of the people who need it. that being said.. sometimes we dont have time.. and a donation to a reputable charity still helps even if a little
