Welcome to my Life

So I realized I don't put enough stuff about me on this thing.  So let me give you the low down on my life as of right now with some of things that I'm doing.

Me and my older brother have been taking care of this dog for a friend.  His name is Louie and he's a miniature Dachshund or more commonly known as, a Weiner dog.

Hi Louie

He's a pretty weird dog, but he's still a puppy so I put up with it.

He's not completely toilet trained yet.  So he's peed on my brother's bed a few times already.

So he has to stay on the floor during the day.

Well the other day I was just about to leave for a meeting with a Director about a project for the new year (give you details later if it works out).  And Louie was so excited because I was just about to feed him.  He kept jumping up on me and started hugging my leg, and it was kinda cute until I felt that warm sensation on my leg and foot.  He pissed on me...  and I was changed and ready to go.  Sometimes I hate that dog.

Just look at his shifty eyes!!  Other than that he's been doing pretty good.  Watched some dog whisperer and now I'm trying some of his tactics.  He's becoming more obedient now.

I'm currently out of training, just coaching some of the Wushu classes as I have terrible terrible shin splints that pains me to walk when it was at its worst (so no jumping).  I still do conditioning (working out, stretching) everyday, and have been going to Bikram's Hot Yoga every 2 days.

If you don't know what shin splints are.  It's when the muscle tears where it's connected to the shins (Tibia) and the muscle starts coming apart from the bone.  Usually caused by jumping or running.

Yesterday because most everyone is done with finals, we decided to go to Delta Gymnastics Center to practice some acrobatics.  I haven't done anything in a very long time, but I still joined in despite injuries, thought if I stayed off of 1 legged stuff it wouldn't be as bad on the shins, but that was a bad idea, still couldn't do things properly, and now I'm really feeling it.

Wanted to take a lot more videos, but the camera was passed around a lot and I ended up only getting 3 clips of me near the beginning while I was still warming up.  But here it is anyways.  Here are some of the things I didn't have in my demo.

This move is called a double over, simple flip, one of my favorites just became it takes very little effort.

This is the same move with a 360 twist.  Didn't really get around, it was the first one of the night didn't get any of the others but just wanted to share with everyone anyways.

And I haven't had the chance to do back handsprings in a very long while so I tried to do them too.

Few other projects in the works, hope to have them done so I can show everyone at the end of the holidays.

Have a good one!
