Synopsis: The Tokyo Bay is attacked by Godzilla, Prime Minister, Hideki Akasaka (Yutaka Takenouchi), Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary, Rando Yaguchi (Hiroki Hasegawa) and the Special Envoy of the United States, Kayoko Ann Patterson (Satomi Ishihara) are going to fight together.
