為普及電影文化及教育，香港國際電影節協會去年首次舉辦學生暑期活動，反應熱烈。今夏再次舉辦為期兩天（本周一及周二）的「欣賞電影文化－認識藝術行政管理」學生暑期活動，現已完滿結束。

在創意香港資助、星影匯贊助、高先電影及教育局全力支持下，百多位來自不同中學的學生及老師參與了這次活動—— 戲院導賞、了解戲院和影業運作、認識電影公司的不同崗位，以及欣賞電影《點五步》，導演陳志發及一衆演員也於放映後與學生互動交流。

Fully supported by Create HK, The Metroplex, Golden Scene and Education Bureau, the HKIFF Students Summer Programme “Film Appreciation – Understanding Arts Administration” was successfully held again over the last two days. Over 100 students from various secondary schools joined a guided tour at The Metroplex, attended a talk on film industry by Golden Scene, followed by a screening of “Weeds on Fire” and a post-talk by director Chan Chi-fat and cast members.
