MY Views on the Economy now....

Alright..

since i couldn't sleep might as well type out what i'm feelig nowadays about the Major market...

One moment you see the major market losing over 200 points.. n then next you see it gain 100 plus points.. The market's volatile value is excessive!! Oil taking its toll in with gains of 5 to 6 dollars a day.. but when the investors sell, sure thing currency goes up..

Short Brief of how the market works.... If you'd care to read... it won't hurt you to learn extra knowledge.. But who cares also if you don't right..

Bullish: Stock price going up

Bearish: Stock price going down

Oil goes up = currency goes down

oil goes down = currency goes up

Stocks rebound in a day's session when oil goes down even though the credit crisis is still a killer.

Bear Stearns or better known as BSC was at it's highest peak of $180++ of it's stock price

Within 3 or so months, BSC was rumoured to announce a bad earnings report... n wala..

the stock dropped all the way to $2!!!!!!!! imagine the number of people jumping off their apartments... 

In the end JPM or known as JP Morgan bought ovver the investment bank at an agreed amount of $10 per stock... N the broker of the deal was none other than Federal Reserve Chaiman Mr Ben Bernake. The heir to Mr Alan Greenspan.

Crox also took a beating from all the turmoil from reaching it's 52 week high of $75 n now it's only what... $4... N for the fact they diverse themselves in footwear only!! 

This happened earlier this year... well the 1st qtr...

Most of the stocks took a major beating these few months..
