Chinese New Year is a very busy travelling holiday season here in Asia.I thought this cake was most fitting to share with all of you.We created a very special Photo cake for Captain. Darryl and his lil Pup.Hand Sculpted Cathay Airplane taking off into the clouds.This design brought a standard sheet cake into new heights.
