2008 Beijing wushu team trip to Liaoning ( Beach of Hulu dao) 2008年北京武术队朝阳之行（葫芦岛海滨）

        After the wushu performance in my hometown Chaoyang . my first coach Lia lingling took us to the beach of Hulu dao.two hours driving from Chaoyang.we had a lot fun there! it was our first time to go out and play on the beach together ... my coach lu jiaolian was very happy !!!

Wushu performance in my hometown Liaoning chaoyang 北京武术队走进了我的家乡辽宁朝阳

2008年07月12日，我再次回到了我的家乡辽宁朝阳。但是这次我带回了我们北京武术队男子一线的全部队员。这次北京武术队之行主要是为了“中蒙俄国际汽车拉力大赛”的开幕式进行武术表演。我很激动，这是我第一次带着我们北京武术队回到了我的家乡表演。可以说这也是北京队第一次来到东北地区的大型演出。

可能跟今天的地震有关系，我们家那边的天气变得“喜怒无常”！偏偏就在我们表演的那天早晨，下起了大雨。说来也奇怪，朝阳这座佛教之城还真是块宝地。还好菩萨保佑，开幕式表演定在九点开始...那么厚的云层，那么大的雨，突然之间放晴了。而且是那样的蓝天白云！跟之前的天气完全是相反的！太神奇了！不过由于早晨下的雨实在太大，原来在操场上搭建起来的舞台一下被淋的全都是水。我们的武术表演队动作的要求很高，难度也很大。很多动作是不能在有水的地方练的。所以我们卢教练的建议下，干脆把舞台给拆了。。。我们平时训练和比赛时用的场地是武术专用的地毯，很有弹性，都是特制的。我们还从来没有在草坪上表演过！

不过北京队就是北京队，我们临时改变动作，换人，调整队形，所有的调整用了不到5分钟的时间。这都...Read more

       I am happy ... few days ago i went back to my hometown Liaoning Chaoyang for a singing performance . actully i dont have much time to go back and visit often, so i was really happy to see my mom and have met all the old friends in my hometown ! maybe they thinks that i am the only wushu national champion who from my hometown ever :-) and they trying to make it big deal ...they put me singing and dancing also did wushu on the stage ... i dont think that i really deserve it ...Read more

比赛后的放松？ 比赛后的放纵 ？Got so tired "parties" ??

今年的全国武术锦标赛终于结束了，紧张的武术训练暂时告一段落。可能是比赛前的那根神经绷得太紧了，感觉我很需要放松！于是跟朋友们天天去HAPPY！直到我感觉到累了，原来干什么都不容易！玩，也能玩到恶心！呵呵。。。不过在此我真的很感谢我的好朋友们。为我接风，与我度过那段美好的时光！从下个星期开始我们又要回到正规的训练当中去了。一定要戒骄戒躁，把一切成绩炮到脑后，从零开始，积极的去面对崭新的一天！！！

我人生的第一个武术冠军 The first national champion of my life

Its been 10 more years since i first started practice chinese wushu(martial art).10 years !!!  I'v been waitting for this so long !!! finally i got this spear champion from the 2008 chinese wushu nationals competition in Guangxi nanning.

I am so happy and i wanna thanks everyone who helped me and gaves surpport as always in the pass time.i can't won without those friends help !!! i love you all !!!

Hi my friends.i am in Guangxi now !!!大家好，我在广西南宁，准备比赛了！

    经过30个小时的煎熬，我们终于到达了南宁市体育运动学院。组委会把我们北京队安排住在了广西体育大厦。我们来的前两天，这边下了大雨，所以刚刚到的时候，感觉浑身粘粘的，特别不舒服，特别是对我们北京方的队伍来讲，肯定是不适应这边的天气！我们住的条件不是很好，我带了电脑，可是却不能上网，郁闷啊。。。我现在一个好朋友的宾馆里上网，刚刚看到了好多来自好朋友们的祝福。我真的很感动，谢谢大家的支持！！！我会尽自己最大的努力，把比赛打好！！！就像我一个哥们说的：“等回了北京，好给兄弟们个吹牛b的理由！” 哈哈。。。
