我的快乐周末生活（My happy weekend ... dinner out ）

       自从训练进入赛前阶段，好像已经有很久没有这么开心的出去玩过了，我的好哥们郑仲恒从香港来北京了，为了庆祝他的“回归”，周末我们出去HAPPY一下。星期六我们去了酒吧，又去了卡拉OK唱歌。第二天我的一个朋友带我们去了北京的郊区，目的呢就是为了尝尝不同味道的美味，我们来到了一个叫“晋风山庄”的饭店，一个停大的山西风格的饭庄，里面所有的设施和装修，都是山西的那种土里土气的风格，呵呵。说来也怪，它那里的饭菜还真是不赖，特别是那种透着一股土气的饭菜，味道还真不错，平时吃惯了城里的饭菜，这种味道确实是在北京这个大城市里不太好找的。我就奇怪了，其实那里也不算什么真正的郊区农村，距离市区也不过30公里左右的路程，怎么就吃起来一股子黄土味呢？呵呵...我觉得下次等比完赛的时候，有机会我还要回去尝一次，时而换换口味还真不错。

       下个星期，我们队里要进行一次比赛前的队内测验赛，一是看看我们前一段时间以来的训练结果，而是为了从20几个队员里挑选出最后的比赛名单。我觉得自己前一段的训练还算比较系统，而且我也真的认真的去对待了，希望能在下周的测验赛上能够有好的表现，祝我好运吧！！！

       It seem had a long time didn't play that much at the same weekend ... but last weekend i really had some fun with my good friends in beijing. we went to bar on saturday night ... and went to karaoke had some drinks ...in the next day . my friend took me out of beijing again ...hehe . we were there in the  restaurant called " Jin feng zhuang yuan " to find some village flavour foods ... haha ! the foods was delicious ... i think its kind weird . so this restaurant only has about 30 kilometres from downtown , i dont know how did they cooked the foods ... it were taste just different ... i never had this kind foods in town , and it was made me feel like i was in the village of Shanxi or somewhere like that ...hehe ! kind funny ...! after the nationals competettion of this year ... i think i may go back there again if i have free time ... !

In the next week , we will have a wushu training test of the beijing wushu team , Just like a test for us ... we will have doing the whole form , to see what we got from the passed few weeks of hard training . and the coaches and our team manager will decied which 6 poeple will go compete for beijing wushu team at 2008 chinese wushu nationals qualified comptition.i'v been practiced really hard lately ... so hopefully i can do well in the next week ! please give me some luck !!!
