BLACK COFFEE will be screening at Film Independent's Cinema Lounge, a monthly showcase of short films held at the W Hotel Los Angeles-Westwood. Always a full-house event, it is a FREE SCREENING event!

Directed by Tran Quoc Bao, BLACK COFFEE is a modern-day film noir that stars Yuji Okumoto (KARATE KID II, TRUE BELIEVER, PEARL HARBOR), Melissa Roberts, and Nina Carduner.

Synopsis: Someone has found out about David's affair and is blackmailing him. David plans to make the payment to spare his political career, but he's about to find out he's been double-crossed.
