It's #lunchtime!

Grilled #salmon on a bed of #spinach and bean #stew

recipe time!

BEAN STEW 2 fresh tomatoes 1 cup water 1 can chick peas 1 can kidney beans

1 red onion 1 clove Garlic Ginger Add the following spices as much as you'd like, to your taste: Cumin powder Cayenne pepper Salt

  1. Add half teaspoon olive oil to saucepan.
  2. Add onion and fry til brown
  3. Add ginger and garlic (can be in paste form) - quick fry so it doesn't burn.
  4. Add Chopped tomatoes and water. Cover pot and let simmer
  5. When soft mash up the tomatoes in pot.
  6. Add salt and cumin to taste.
  7. Add beans (strained) and cover to simmer (approx 5/10min., ccording to your preferred consistency).
  8. Add spices and salt to taste.

If there is too much liquid, uncover the pot and let it simmer until it's reduced.

READY TO #EAT!

easy!

Basil can also be added. Fresh basil will add an amazing #flavor and #smell

This can even be turned into a bean dip! Simmer til there's a light thick sauce, then mash up the beans. Ready to serve!
