This is obscene & disgraceful! Not only beating an elderly feeble man, but TWO PEOPLE with a dog beating a feeble old man with one good eye?!?!? And then treating him in this manner! Without an interpreter!?!? Dragging him to jail !?!? Wasting all his time?!?!? Dragging him to court !?!? AND ON TOP OF THAT, NOT ALLOWING him to file his own complaint!?!?
