  • Richard Trombly richard@trombly.com is an American writer, journalist and filmmaker who has been living in Shanghai for 6 years and has written, directed and produced several short films and written scripts and/or co-produced other films including Distance Runners (2009.)   • Excitement and developments on Father John feature film

    The team has finalized the script and we are casting for the feature film I am directing this fall called Father John. A spy film. We are deep into the development stage now (getting funding) but it seems that despite the recession, there is still money for filming a great script!!!  The crew is coming together. There is lots of excitement building for this feature film. We added new features to the website. Enjoy the video test clip of Zhapu Road Shanghai.
