i think the point of this ad is Louis Koo's mispronunciation in mandarin. it makes him sound like he's cussing. hence, helen to's sudden outburst of the word "撚" (a more vulgar way to describe a penis).

Louis Koo shot an advertisement for a local phone company in Canada a few years ago. He is depicted as someone who's lookin' very pimped out (as usual) with Caucasian girls swarmed all around him and does his usual Engrish spelling of the word "Unipage". Weird ad indeed!
