As a few of you know I adopted Buster from the Hong Kong Dog Rescue back in February during Chinese New Year . . . He has GROWN a lot. Not as big as I'd hoped for but big enough and perfect enough . . . Last time you met Sandy . . . This time Buster! I love my son! He is so beautifully!!!

Isn't he adorable? I find that dogs that you adopt have this certain quality about them that will never stop saying THANK YOU MOMMY for saving my life. . . every time I'm in my office with him or home he is attached to me like glue!

Sensory Runway

TONIGHT! . . . In support for my friends all fellow Alive Not Dead familia . . .

SENSORY Runway, hosted by E.V.E.N.T is a Fashion/Dance/Art show @ CLIQ, that will be showcasing the work of 6 local fashion designers, Capoeira, break-dancing and hip hop dancers. The idea is to indulge the five senses while catering to a specific theme; this month, fashion. The goal is to change the face of the conventional fashion show, by not only offering a catwalk but also incorporating dancers and performers that allow for more viewer interaction.

7pm - 9pm General Public Entry
(including Media and VIP). At 9pm, the fashion show starts. 10pm the Party begins.

And just got back from the gym with my favorite workout shirt . . . coz I really am a COOKIE MONSTER hehe :)

I'll see you all tonight in support of the event! I wont be staying long as I'm still in recovery and need as much rest as possible but its well worth a visit tonight!!

A new me is about to pop out and resurface . . . looking forward to seeing you all and catching up! My journey was a tough one and its taught me a lot . . . am still learning!!!

Two and half months non-smoker, gym and health converter, 8kgs lighter and high on life . . . now I've got to pick up the pieces from where I left off. . .

Fear of . . .

Finding out whats passed and whats to come . . .

Part of my journey of self awareness has been in gaining insight and knowledge about all thats passed and I tell you its been hard . . .

The hardest part is trying to find a way to forgive myself . . .

Alas, I will continue to meditate each day along with healthy living attitude and with my persistence maybe one day I'll be able to forgive myself . . .

It might make sense and it might not but for now I had a tough day - I've gone from realizing facts last month to facing the truth this month!! Its a scary journey . . .

I admit I'm scared of the ride, I admit I have a slight fear of living . . .

Open to whats to come my way nonetheless . . .
