Kimberly-Rose Wolter was born and raised in Hawaii. Her mother is Hawaiian, Chinese and Korean dad French, german, Hungarian. Finds that acting is not enough and has branched into writing and of late producing and directing. Maybe she is just some sort of control freak?! Her first feature where she is the lead actress as well as co-writer (written with Eric Byler of American-ese and Charlotte Sometimes) is TRE.

Opening in theatres in early December 2007. Her first short, SHOOT MY LIFE which she wrote, acted, directed and co-produced (with Pooja Kuamar of Flavors and Hiding Divya) has been to Palm Springs Shorts Film Market and will open for TRE at the San Diego Asian Film Festival in early October. In the meantime Kim has had fun hosting XBOX 360's NY launch of much anticipated HALO 3 (she also had the honor of introducing the XBOX 360 to the world a few years back at The Shrine in front of some 5,000 people!)
