Last night's screening of FTG at the Silver Spring AFI theater was a huge success.  People enjoyed the film and laughter filled the theater.  There were lots of great questions for us about our journey.  Thanks DCAPA film festival for taking such good care of us while in DC.  And on a special note: Christian's U-turn skills were impressive.

On Friday, I had a lovely day hanging out with my sister Cathy and Donovan. The weather was perfect.  I had a few free hours and made my way to the National Gallery to see the Edward Hopper exhibit. Love his paintings!  One of the best things about DC is getting into museums for FREE! Gotta love that.

In the afternoon, Joshua from the film festival picked Sung, Cathy and I up from our hotel to take us to Georgetown.  We were excited to see so many students on a Friday nite at our presentation.  I was also happy to recruit 5 students from GU to volunteer to come up to New York next weekend to wear the yellow jumpsuits!  Yea GU! Thanks Kevin for organizing the event.  We are looking forward to seeing lots of Hoyas at the IFC Center next weekend.

It was great to see all the footage of your trips promoting the film.  Bet you are exhausted.  Hopefully everything went better than you could have expected.  I'm happy that IFC picked up FTG.  I was able to tape it from the demand channel.  The film was fun.  Welcome to the sightl

Hi, Julie...so that's how you got the jumpsuit kids! I know you're really busy, but if you get a chance, check out my review of FTG (it finally came out on Wed.). A live link is on my blog or paste below:
