今個星期六輪到馬交starlight

今次我有好多香港朋友會特別過來支持我，

幾個禮拜前已經開始做運動啦，

Cooperating with McDonalds again,

This time we’re shooting on location,

Bringing to everyone a new and refreshed feeling,

The locations are all different,

But same as before, I’m constantly jumping,

Starting from Central,

Jumping all the way to Happy Valley,

Then jumping over to Quarry Bay,

From one morning to the next morning,

It was really fun,

The dancers are also my friends,

新年快樂！！剛剛過了一個很溫暖的年三十晚，食得好玩的開心！我最親愛的家人都跟我在一起，北京真的很有氣氛，到處到bing ling ban lan!原來之所以要放煙花，喻意是希望把過去一年不好的事送走，祈求老天爺爺保佑。無論如何，我總是覺得快樂可以令很多無謂的問題化解，　但願在新的一年，所有朋友都會放輕鬆，以快樂為本！

痛死！

 完成所有頒獎禮後，新一年新工作隨即開始,今天早上７點鐘起來為最新一輯唱片封面進行拍攝工作。今次選擇戶外取景。希望有些新鮮感之餘，更令表現朝氣勃勃的感覺，天公造美，我們得到了溫暖而美麗的陽光，有時候為了最佳的效果，　就一定不能顧慮太多，攝影師小魚瞓身為我捕捉最美的晝面的同時，　我也豪不鍚身地配合，今次的確做了很多危險的場面，這些容後再說，但其中一個看似難度最低的晝面卻令我遍體鱗傷，留下這次最令人難以磨滅的烙印。當我躺在草地上投入滾來滾去之際，一直沒背有發現那些草全都長滿密密麻麻的刺，怪不得換衣服的時候，　皮膚有種怪怪的感覺，　起初還以為是天氣有靜電，所以令到榎膚乾燥。怎料。。。painful~...Read more
