隨住新碟推出之後，　

總算放下心頭一塊大石頭，　

說真的，

當我告訴朋友我每次出碟的時候都會很緊張，　

他們都不太相信，　

常常叫我不要說新人說的話，　

但我總是覺得，　

作為一個歌手，　

每次出碟都是一個中期試，　

無論平日出席多少個fuction也好，　

這個才是最能表現自己的一個重要時刻，　

在不同的時段，　

我都有不同的心情去做我嘅唱片，　

無論出來後大眾反應如何，　

這個成長的記錄已經確實寫好了，　

沒人能改變

今次在製作'a time for us”的時候，

遇著金融海嘯這一類形的壞消息出現了，

大氣候都被怪怪的感覺籠罩著

我留意到的是，　

大家想東西的方向都比以往變得負面了。

以往對壞東西有的抵抗能力也變少了，
