Hamlet @ the Fringe Theater in Hong Kong: 7-11 Feb 2012

It's so great to see my images that I took for this production in all the promo material.  This design idea of mine wasn't used but it's my favorite.  Almost looks like a film poster, the intensity of light and color.

Very few tickets remaining, the production opens next Tuesday at the Fringe Studio.

February 7-11 @ 7:30pm <...Read more

Sui Dee - cinematographer

This weekend I had the chance to work with Sui Dee, who was the director of photography.  It was a two day job, we were shooting a 3-minute spot for a HK property company, I play the main character that the story is driven by.  Sui Dee's crew was so efficient with each scene set up and take down, it seemed they had worked together many times before.  I thought that I would google and find what else he has done and found this very cool ad for the China market.

Last weekend's shoot was produced by Hyena Films, who are ...Read more

Nocturne - a play by Adam Rapp premiers in Hong Kong

A Son, A Father, A Mother, A Sister.  A small formica house.  Ordinariness that suddenly, with a hollow thud, stops being ordinary.  A lyrical tale, told in multimedia, of how grief shatters a family and of how little blonde faceless ghosts and flying pianos pierce a man's dreams. “A startling, unnerving work of art that fiercely pushes the boundaries of theat...Read more

My dear friend Aimee was just in Hong Kong for work with lots of photo shoots lined up.  She now lives in Mallorca and I haven't seen her for a year.  We went into my studio space and I wanted to get some photos of her in action that she can use on her site or FB fan page.  There were lots of great shots, but I like this one the best.  Check out her site Aimee K Photography.  <...Read more
