Smartphone Technology can provide vital evidence on a case

Technology can make all the difference in a case of he said -she said.

Advice: Always carry a smartphone with a camera with you at all times. You never know when this may make all the difference.

Newark police (1:38pm, 973-733-6070) also notified that Mr. Manuel Cueto wants to leave. They provide me with the alternative number to call. Call made at 1:40pm, 973-733-6000, Newark Police department that Manuel is leaving the scene of the accident.

1:55pm I notify my agent that Manuel has left the scene of the accident. Police have not arrived and I confirmed a photo of his license, registration and insurance were taken. Agent mentioned this is classic. It will be nearly impossible to claim for damages ourselves. Trucking company insurances almost never pay for their accidents.

2:04pm called in to thank our agent.

2:06pm call was placed to national office.

The following day, we drove on the same single lane ramp to show where accident occurred (on the ramp before the yield sign). Highlighted with the red arrow of the BMW is approximately where Manuel who's supposed to be in back of us rolls into our car.
