Thanks to the SCMP for providing us with complementary tickets to the first ever Arnold Classic Asia Multi-Sports Festival in Hong Kong on August 18-21 at AsiaWorld Expo. The event featured a number of sports and fitness events including fencing, strong man competition, kids indoor rugby, a chess competition, arm wrestling, martial arts demonstrations, pole dancing, fitness competitions and most famously body building!
