Porn Star Felicia Tang Murdered by Pastor Boyfriend, Say Cops

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Police say a one-time reality TV contestant and pastor has been charged with murder and torture in the killing of soft-core porn star, actress and model Felicia Lee, 31, whose body was found in a Monrovia, Calif., apartment on Sept. 11, 2009.

The Los Angeles County district attorney's office says Brian Lee Randone was charged Tuesday in the death of Lee, who, along with starring in many Playboy films, was in mainstream movies such as "Rush Hour 2" and "The Fast and The Furious."

Lee, who acted under the pseudonym "Felicia Tang," was born and raised in Singapore, according to her official Web site.

Lee wrote on the site that she enjoyed a variety of activities, including "fireing [sic] it up being the ultimate party animal," but also "being a suzy [sic] homemaker" and cooking.

Lee wrote that while she was continuing her modeling and acting career, she was branching out into the mortgage banking industry.

According to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune:

"Brian Lee Randone, 45, holds a bachelor's degree from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and a master's of divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, according to a brief 1996 biography on the Baylor University Web site."

The paper also said that Randone worked as a Christian mime and in 2000 appeared on the Fox reality show "The Sexiest Bachelor in America."

She wasn't a porn star. There's a difference between porn and erotic movies. In that case, should we call Kim Basinger a porn star too since she played in "Nine 1/2 Weeks". And Sharon Stone for "Basic Instinct"? Some so-called journalists should verify their sources before writing something. Frederic - I agree completely. Actually in the straits times article, despite leading with the title 'Singapore-born PORN actress found dead...' , in the article they actually quoted the responses to the news articles by her friends and coworkers who corrected this mislabel... (stupid to include that in the article and yet still use the title though). I'll check Candice's blogs now. I was curious if she had worked with her in the import model world.

I should also note that I think she was also at a Yolk Magazine party we went to in LA another time. many of the same models from Cradle 2 the Grave / Rush Hour 2 were there too.

Seeker - especially given the recent savage murder of model Jasmine Fiore by her husband, who ALSO happened to be on Reality TV... its a sad indictment about our society and entertainment industry.

Flagday - I think anyone's death is tragic, these types of blogs I post are reposting breaking news articles (Iijima Ai, David Carradine, North Korean journalists, etc). In this case there's an additional reason to share it, as I had actually been on the same movie set with the victim a long time ago.
