    I think most of us have made phone calls while driving at one time or another or maybe we even sms while driving. I remember I answer the phone once or twice while I was still riding a motorbike. In hindsight, that was really stupid. But not quite as stupid as this guy.

    yea really what an idiot!!

    the law was just enforced on July 1st that all drivers 18 and over must use hands-free while driving... my friend and I looked at that... 18 and over? what about the young drivers at 16? shouldn't that be more of a worry for them... talking or text messaging while driving?
