今期的「君子」January 2012 No.278 訪問了我和節目拍檔Becky 。Becky 和我已經多次試開過名貴車，但那天我們只是享受做乘客的樂趣。這輛supercar最特別的地方就是飛機式坐位。棒！

Check out this month's Esquire January 2012 No.278 in which I get to take a ride in a luxury supercar with reclining airplane-style seats. "Home, Smithers!"

Back to the Kitchen and Loving It!

昨晚的大除夕晚餐大概上順利，唯一缺點就是花了太多時間做飯因為我真的太久沒有落廚。前菜是一個瑞典半生熟煎三文魚，主菜是香草燒羊架和羊髀。最讓我嬌傲的是首次自製的希臘Tzatziki醬汁。酸酸凍凍的白色酪乳汁和烤肉真是一個美妙的組合。

Last night's New Year's Eve meal was largely a success. My only criticism was that I took two hours to prepare a meal that should have taken 45 minutes. I've been away from the kitchen too long... On the menu was a Swedish medium-rare salmon brushed with lemon and dill and a pepper and herb-crusted roast lamb leg/rack with garlic mashed potatoes. My pièce de resistance, I'm proud to say, was a home-made Turkish Tzakziki sauce. For those who have never tried it, this tangy yoghurt sauce (always served cold) is a wonderful accompaniment to heavy roast meats.

我最常見的問題是：「西裝先生，你會不會做飯？」答案是「會」！其實我很喜歡煮東西吃，不論是中菜，西菜，日本菜等。在2012希望多在家做飯，跟大家分享更多我做的菜的相片。今天先為大家送上一個火腿火雞法包三文治。

Yes, I cook. I just don't cook as much as I'd like to because of my schedule. In 2012, I plan to spend more time in the kitchen and will hopefully have more pics to share. Here's a simple sandwich to share with everyone.

Desmond (蘇頌輝) is a host of TVB Pearl's lifestyle and luxury-living show Dolce Vita. He is also an English and Cantonese speaking events and show emcee.

Desmond now stands in front of the camera after having worked behind it for three years at ABC, Inc. in New York. There, he worked on shows such as The View, The Bachelor, All My Children, and Miss America. While living in New York, Desmond was also involved with Second Generation, a non-profit theater company devoted to bringing Asian American stories to the world's stage.

In addition to his TV and emcee work, Desmond is also an etiquette consultant who helps individuals and companies build confidence through the practice of etiquette (www.njtrf.com). A die-hard fan of those who are polite and well-mannered, he believes that you can never say "please" and "thank you" too many times.

A native of Hong Kong who has been away most of his life, Desmond is glad to be back and part of the 'alive not dead' community.
