This hotel reminds me of my father’s home in Sulz am Neckar. It was opened as bathhouse in 1486 and even Goethe’s came here in 1818 to enjoy it. My dads place had a floor with baths as well - I always thought it was an eerie idea to have floors with baths when I was little, but now it all makes sense as an adult.

Water is life! ?

This staircase is so so beautiful. Cranky, woody, earthy - just how I remembered my fathers home.
