World is in chaos

but i still don't understand what it means

I am in Jakarta working on my album
DJ Sumo saw the network television news showing images of Japan, repeatedly had Zen-like question and answer sessions with me...
As soon as these few studio shifts are done, i am returning to Taiwan immediately for movie filming.

I feel like I want to return to Japan as soon as possible
but I don't know what I can do
Many towns in Eastern Japan were destroyed by the earthquake

My home where I was born, Fukushima
The nuclear power plant had an explosion
The Government made plans for the worst of events,
for the people living in Japan,
advised people not only from the eastnorthern area but also from the kantou area to evacuate asap

In such crisis, the Japanese government decided to raise taxes?
And refused the precious support from Taiwan?
There are still many things that can not be understood. .
