秘製豬肺菜乾湯製作方法

4人份量

材料:豬肺一個,斤半豬骨/瘦肉,三兩白菜乾,南北杏,蜜棗

製作方法: 1  洗豬肺:豬肺本身十分骯髒,要先用鹽水將豬肺洗乾淨,並將它「泵」至出泡,才算完成。   豬肺越洗得乾淨,煲出來的湯才會是白色。

2  加15-20碗水,然後放入豬骨/瘦肉、

白菜乾、南北杏及蜜棗連同已洗好的豬肺於煲內。

3  猛火煲兩小時。

4  一煲又白又好味的豬肺湯便完成。
