    Anyway, my point is the operator provoked the caller to cuss.  I don't think the caller had done anything wrong in this case.

    不過我依然希望香港 / 中國既企業再做得好少少, 唔好淨係一味快同埋平, 咁就少 D 機會比人睇少, 希望出黎既野會更多國際既認同.

    既然香港啲公司咁樣, 外判俾一啲咁冇水準的公司, 我呢都冇辦法, 亦正因為咁樣,都冇必要勞氣. 因為佢哋根本幫唔到, 要怪就可能真係要怪用佢哋果間公司囉

    hm ~ 講得好, 佢處理得的確係好差, 不過唔知有冇人知道, 其實果一間公司呢 D 服務好多都係外判 (其實好多間大公司都係), 甚至佢地係用左特別既系統駁去內地既外判公司 (呢個好多人都唔知), 但係來電係 show 本港既號碼, 呢個情況之下, 質素監察會好有問題, 分分鐘佢地個 Dept. 真係一個識英文既人都冇, 如此一來, 的確令顧客得唔到好既服務, 情況實在令人擔憂.

    其實我覺得個重點碰不是粗口問題, 而是那個接線生的處理,他既然唔識英文, 為何不找識英文的同事去處理呢! 當然我都好佩服佢肯嘗試去溝通,
    不過無論咩情況,無論邊個講粗口先, 其實講粗口都唔應該!

    對方都冇講粗口, 咁自己又係唔係應該惡言相向, 用左粗口鬧人先 ?

    我相信如果個個都係覺得咁叫 "reasonably", 我地既日常交談既言語都應該黎唔開粗口, 到時一定世界大亂.

    不過當然啦, 呢 D 都係個人價值觀問題, 我亦唔會迫你覺得我講得o岩.

    P.S. 如果想繼續傾呢個問題既, 可以 PM 我或者去我度留言. 我怕我地咁樣傾落去會搞住陳小姐個 blog.

    draculatoki, it's really more a matter of whether u use profanity at your own discretion.  the caller was not being treated fairly.  Therefore, his sudden burst of profanity is reasonably used in this situation.

    冒昧搭句咀, 餐廳 "小二" 提供唔到 "good service" 比我後我都唔會比 tips 黎表示不滿, 又或者我可以從正常途徑投訴佢. 但係我唔會因為人地比唔到好服務我就隨便用粗口鬧人, 呢個係關乎人格問題, 純粹個人意見, 如有冒犯, 請諒.

    哈哈﹗條友爆粗呀﹗
    不過爆粗唔錯﹐爆粗無罪。你得到不能滿意到你0既服務係有權表示0架。正如入餐廳的小二提供唔到good service後便不用付出tips一樣。

    抵拒被人話係“痴撚線公司”。
    besides, the operator was being a complete jackass about it.  if anything, he should get her name and make sure this lady get fired.

    兩個都唔係咁好啦, 聽電話果位唔識英文, 而且佢處理得的確唔係咁好, 但果位外籍人仕都唔應該講粗口.
