So hang on a minute ~ The Liberal led coalition first says the NBN wasn't needed becasue there was no business case for it since users didn't need FTTP; and now the CEO they installed says that the real reason for all the congestion problems with their mixed-technology stack is becasue they underestimated how many people would want high-speed internet!?
