  The Best Halloween Party of the year is back for 2009!  Last year was a crazy turnout of HK's coolest artists and party people decked out in the hottest halloween costumes.

  This year we've got an even bigger, even better venue lined up at Zuma!  Don't waste 2 hours fighting the LKF crowd -control mess just to get to the party.  At Zuma, you can enter the Landmark directly from the MTR!
  
  
  DJs confirmed for this year include Re:Flex,  Nat King Soul and Kid Fresh!
  
  
  The doors open at 11pm,  $200 at the door including 1 free vodka drink courtesy of Belvedere IX Vodka!

  Hi garfield88 -- Last year we didn't charge and way too many people ended up coming.  This year we got a bigger venue and did charge to try to help resolve that problem, but it still isn't enough.  We didn't expect to sell that many presale tickets, but we've ended up selling over 550 of them.  After talking with the venue, we felt it was safest not to allow people to buy at the door.  Otherwise, there's a very good chance we wouldn't be able to fit people that bought presale tickets in.  And even if we did allow people to buy at the door, they'd most likely ending up waiting a very long time to get in.  There are a lot of good parties in LKF tonight.  Every club in Hong Kong is doing a big Halloween party.

  I just did a calculation on the numbers they claim are going and it looks to be almost 500 people.
  
  So sorry Manzan and Ahkiki, especially you Ahkiki because you were only able to buy one. So due to poor organisation the only way you are going to be able to crash the Alivenotdead party is if you are a ghost (literally). Shame on Alivenotdead, shame I hope a vampire bites you all on the asterix!

  I think the organisers of the Alivenotdead Holloween party should be ashamed of themselves. A lot of people were looking forward to attending the event. When I found out that tickets were unavailable for purchase, I knew door sales would be unlikely. The least you could have done for your members was to let them know, one week prior to the event, that there were going to be limited places and limited tickets available online. But instead you chose to do a unfair, poorly managed ticket exchange. At no time did you mention that members would not be able to buy tickets after a one day cut off to the party. What about all the people that went out and brought / hired costumes? Shame on you for your crappy job of organising this event.
